Want to return a product? No worries, customer can return the ordered product within 7 days from the date of delivery, Go to Initiate Returns or visit https://www.iconicindia.com/pages/return we shall arrange the pick of the product(s) within 2-4 working days.

No Exchanges are allowed at the store for the orders bought from our website.

In Case of Return: We will refund the value of your returned item(s) in the form of Bank Account Transfer for COD orders and Back to source for prepaid orders. Refund process takes around 5-7 working days once product reaches us back and fulfill return QC parameters

Return guidelines: There are few things which you need to make sure before returning a product such as all items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact, and should not be broken or tampered with.

Further, it is made clear that the return of the product ordered by the customer shall be the discretion of the company/ seller and in case the product is found to be different than what was ordered then there shall be no return as well as refund. Due to the hygiene and other reasons, products like sleep wear and inner wear cannot be returnable and not exchangeable.

Exchange or replace items:

In Case of Manufacturing Defect :

A customer can claim replacement or refund in case of any manufacturing defect in the product within 30 days of delivery. This is subject to acceptance of manufacturing defect by our quality team.
