- Customer would receive IBC code on their registered mobile phone via SMS, on the 1st day of their birthday month.
- If a customer is registering with IBC in their birthday month, then customer would receive a Code 7 days after the registration, which would be valid for 30 days from date of issue. Registration and Birthday month have to be same, and only then the customer would receive the code.
- IBC coupon/code is applicable only on MRP. MRP price stands for maximum retail price. Maximum retail price is the highest price labelled on the product which can be charged by the seller of that product. It is compulsory for all the sellers to mark the MRP price. The Stated IBC Coupon is only applicable on MRP of the product.
- SMS would only be sent to the customer subject to auto-verification process.
- This coupon is non-assignable and is only valid upon purchase of the product(s) available at Iconic stores only. IBC Coupon Benefit cannot be clubbed with any other offer or scheme available at the store.
- In case of return of product(s) purchased online, the GV of similar amount will be issued to customer(s) in replacement of IBC Coupon for placing a new order. Item(s) purchased through IBC Coupon Vouchers are subject to exchange as per Iconic Exchange Policy – only on MRP.
- IBC Coupon cannot be partially redeemed.
- Customer has to pay in cash or credit card any excess amount after availing the Coupon discount.
